The general conversion guideline is to take your womens size and subtract from 1 to 1.5 sizes. EXAMPLE: I wear womens size 9, and I wear 7.5 in mens or unisex sizes. This is not an exact science, but a guideline to follow until you find out what size you wear in unisex shoes!
