The CSI 8 ft. 6 inch Jump Rope offers heavier weighted wooden handles that will help build forearms and overall arm strength. This jump rope uses the standard cotton rope, made of heavy weight cotton that is 5/16-inch in diameter; so it is made to last and outlast other jump ropes, on any surface. The main difference in this rope, besides its unique length, is the wide-grip wood handles that are heavier and made to create a more extensive jump rope workout.
