I've had some trouble with arthritis and began weight lifting, but my wrists could not support the weights. These defintely help support my wrists.

I bought these because I noticed as the weight of lifts and presses increased, my wrists started to bend and add more strain. These are simply amazing for the price. I bought the large/extra large because I have pretty big wrists/hands and they are a bit big so maybe you might be better off with the small/medium.
They are leather and so they do not rip or tear as easily. They are also able to washed and dried with regular laundry and doing so makes the shape revert back to normal meaning they look like you did when you first purchased them.
When properly applied to your hands and wrist, they do a great job making sure to support your wrists, especially when doing a heavy benchpress or dumbbell press. They are also thin enough, that I have used lifting straps over them.

This seems like a high quality and comfortable strap. I haven't worked out with it yet, but whether it helps my wrists or not I think has more to do with my wrists than this product! I would have rated it higher, but the piece that fits in your palm is sort of flappy and annoying. I would be happier with it if it just had a thumb loop and no palm "pad" or whatever it's supposed to be.
EDIT: The palm flap annoyance may be my own stupid fault. I'm not sure which way you are "supposed" to wrap the straps but if you wrap them one way the flap just becomes part of what's wrapped around your wrist, making them much less annoying to use. Bumped from 3 to 4 stars

These help my small wrists feel much better supported when doing exercises with dumbbells, weightlifting, doing pushups, etc. I got the S/M size, which is a little big for the palm of my hand but wraps around my wrists just fine...you can choose how tightly to wrap it. It's not too big or bulky looking, which is nice. Easy to care for...you can throw it in the washing machine.
