Overall I would say that I am very happy with the balance board. It offers a good challenge, and I like the variable height settings. The only complaint is that there is sort of a flat spot I guess you'd call it, especially with the attachment for height adjustment. What you have to do is kind of move yourself off balance on purpose. Doing this however still makes it good workout for your lower legs and ankles.
