The Bodycraft Jones Machine combines all of the very best features found in both Power Racks and Smith Machines! By engaging the spring pins along the bottom, the Jones can be locked into place at three different positions; front, middle, or rear. This allows for traditional Smith Machine exercises, eliminating the need for a Smith! With its multi-point pop pin locks you can perform traditional linear smith machine movements in a fixed plane of motion or release the locks and utilize the full self spotting rack.
