Handy size roller -- 2010-07-29
Buying foam rollers online is a challenge because you can't determine if it's the proper firmness that you're looking for. I got lucky and this is just what I wanted for firmness. I really like the size also; I have a longer one that's cumbersome for working my quads and hamstrings and this shorter length makes it much easier to manuever.
Too Fat for Foam? -- 2010-05-07
I'm a 6 foot, 245 pound man. When I try to use this roller it smashes too flat to roll.
It does make a good pillow when I lay on the floor to watch TV.
