Worked well for me. I use as both a leg excercise and upper body. For the price can't beat the functionality.

This thing does not appear to have been designed for use by humans. It is impossible to keep it in place during use, and it actually bruised my legs. If you need stronger inner thighs because you ride horses, skip this piece of junk and get one of those 9" exercise balls. You can squeeze the ball between your knees without damaging your capillaries, also use it for other fitness-y stuff.
