Product description
The primary needs found in any fitness equipment are reliability, usability and comfort. If these features as well as strong powerful shoulders or a tall, slim and graceful posture are your goal, the EF-7618 is for you. The upper lat bar is wide and comfortably sized with molded rubber end grips. When not in use, this bar fits comfortably into a steel cage bolted to the top of the unit. When in use, this lat bar attaches sturdily to an innovative cable design. The cables design features a unique no change set up to eliminate annoying delays when switching between lat pull downs and low rows. At the end of the cable setup is a dual steel carriage featuring two standard weight posts riding on chrome guide rods.

Features
  • Light Commercial Rated.
  • Heavy Duty 11 Gauge Steel Frame.
  • Innovative Dual Cable Outlet Design.
  • Lat Bar Included.
  • Dual Steel Carriage.

Good product -- 2010-08-10
This is a good product from EF. Pros:The cables have a smooth motion just like the gym. Assembly was staight forward, although i suggest threading the cables through the machine before installing any pulleys. Cons: when doing any vertical pulling using the low pulley you "must" stand on the footplate otherwise you lift the whole machine. Personally i find this a bit annoying, but it just takes getting used too however it does not take away from the exercise. Also if you plan on doing any pulling on high pulley at very obtuse angles be careful you may damage the cable. The pulley is not as open as the low one.
Conclusion:This is a very good product. Does what it was designed for, i would give it five, if the footplate situation did not exist but overall a good product.
