Heavy Gauge Steel Construction with down degree angle at ends. Comes with multiple grips from neutral to angled. Chin Up Bar is 48" long and comes with knurled grips on angle, middle, and traverse handles to give the user various positions to achieve pull up results. This Chin up Bar is strong enough to use (as long as your joist is strong enough) with Rings and other band devices for reverse push ups, dips and other various exercises. There is NO break in the middle of the chin up bar so this can be used for multiple functions.
