For use in weight rooms or for any other indoor/outdoor use. Especially good to protect floor when heavy equipment may be dropped. Provides cushion and deadens sound of equipment striking floor. These 1/2" thick, 13 pound, heavy-duty, black, suction bottom, rubber mats have beveled edges. Sections are 2' x 2', makes matting areas with even dimensions (from 4' x 4' up) easy. Just multiply width times length and divide by 4 to determine number of pieces needed. (Example: 4' x 6' area = 24 divided by 4 = 6 pieces).
